In order for everyone to get the most out of these forums, we ask that you follow a few simple rules when posting any type of bug.

Make sure that you have completed the Hardware Survey, this is going to be the single best resource for hunting down bugs within Luster. If you have done so via the email you received upon your account activation, it will be associated with your account. Please let us know which email you signed up with. If you haven't yet, you can visit the Hardware Survey page anonymously and it will provide you with your system specifications. Please copy & paste those into your post.

In general, the more detailed you are about what you were doing at the time the bug occurred, the better chance we have of figuring out exactly what went wrong. Below is a pretty good example of what we're looking for in terms of bug reports.


Hey,

I just had my browser crash and I think it was related to Luster. Here is what happened:

I was viewing the Lighting tech demo in my web browser (Firefox version 3.0.10). Everything was fine until I opened up another tab with the Architectural Visualization demo. While the second demo was loading, I decided to close the tab for the lighting demo. Right as I closed the tab, my browser froze and eventually crashed.
